Visual Studio Tip / Trick #038 English Transcription:

Today’s Visual Studio video trick of the day is trick no 38 was originally blog posted by Sara Ford in September of 2007. Today’s trick is getting rid of the Horizontal and/or Vertical Scroll Bars, if you have a small monitor or you are really interested in saving some space if you go to Tools | Option under the text editor general format have the ability to turn off the vertical and/or horizontal scroll bars, now your wheel mouse still works obviously you have to be able to still scroll up and down in files and if you go after page to left and the right you will see that the horizontal navigation still works as well but just no scroll bar visually indicates your location in the page, now this works same in Visual Studios 2005 as it does in 2008 with the same options in the same places.
