Sorry for my voice in todays video's - I'm currently befriending a bottle of Vitamin C to try and keep this sore throat in check. But I'm already behind on my new years resolution. There are over 300 of these tip tricks I need to video this year. It's Jan. 8th, and I only have 4 videos, down 50% already. :) It'll be easy to catch up now, I already have the structure in place to pump out these videos.
Visual Studio Tip / Trick #003 English Transcription:
Hello and thank you for watching VS tricks.com Trick No.3 Today’s trick is a video repost originally posted by Sara Ford on July of 2007. The trick today is viewing white space which is important in your document. Some times you might be confused about why your backspace button does something. So you can see my backspace here you can see that was a tab, there is a tab and then we have four spaces instead. If you look on the Edit Menu under Advanced you can turn on the White Space. Now you can see the different key stokes for spaces and tab. There is also a keyboard shortcut for that; [CTRL]+[R]+[W] will toggle those. This will maintain states so if you close visual studio and bring it back up, it will remember the last setting.
